Support for OCD, anxiety, and trauma — evidence-based, structured, and grounded in understanding what keeps patterns in place.

OCD

Intrusive thoughts, images, and compulsive patterns — including subtypes that often go unrecognised. I work with both the content and the underlying processes that keep people feeling stuck.

Trauma & PTSD

Emotional difficulties, flashbacks, attention and sleep disturbance. I use EMDR or other modalities where necessary to support meaningful transformations and improve confidence.

Anxiety

Persistent worry, avoidance, and intolerance of uncertainty — often overlapping with OCD and trauma in how it takes hold. Practical, evidence-based strategies to loosen its grip.

About

I have worked across welfare, community mental health, and private practice settings since 2017, with my focus progressing throughout this time into clinical mental health work and psychological therapy. I have experience providing consultation and supervision as well as direct therapy and case management. Currently I work privately with a range of individuals with an additional interest in supporting those living with obsessive compulsive disorder, trauma impacts, post traumatic stress and anxiety. These experiences often accompany shame which can impact help-seeking — my aim is to offer clear, evidence-based support that is structured and compassionate.

Neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and sex-positive therapist. I work with diverse identities and ways of being.

In my spare time I make therapeutic resources. I co-founded a psychoeducational social enterprise recognised with a Victorian Premier's Design Award in 2024.

My modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
